WASHINGTON COUNTY, PA – The Westmoreland County Coroner pronounced one person deceased Thursday morning, October 31, following a crash on State Route 66 near Apollo, according to CBS News Pittsburgh.
The fatal accident happened at the intersection with Pine Run Church Road, prompting a response from first responders shortly after 10:00 a.m.
Little information has been released, but officials confirmed that one person was killed in the collision, which involved a passenger vehicle and a tanker truck.
