GREENE COUNTY, PA – A two-vehicle collision early Tuesday in Jefferson Borough claimed the life of a 55-year-old woman, according to WPXI.
The accident happened on an unspecified stretch of State Route 188, prompting a response from the Greene County Coroner’s Office at about 5:47 a.m.
Officials have not shared with the public the events leading up to the wreck, but the woman was pronounced deceased less than an hour later.
It was not immediately clear whether the victim was a driver or a passenger. No pending charges or citations have been confirmed at this time.
