ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA – Authorities responded to a crash Monday morning in Wilkins Township that left a vehicle partially in a body of water, reports WTAE.
Members of the Wilkins Township Volunteer Fire Company were called to the scene in the 600 block of Brown Avenue. The incident was first reported by WTAE shortly before 7:49 a.m.
Little information has been disclosed, but a vehicle crashed over a hill, which caused it to come to rest with its trunk in a nearby creek. First responders found the vehicle’s front-end severely damaged, but no information about the conditions of those involved has been made public.
Motorists were asked to stay clear of the area.
An investigation into the incident remains underway.
