Jonathan Stewart’s passion for personal injury law comes from experience, not textbooks. Nearly 20 years ago, Jonathan’s life changed forever when a drunk driver killed two of his close family members and a dear friend. His brother, the only survivor, suffered catastrophic injuries. Jonathan witnessed firsthand the devastation, confusion, and injustice that followed — and he committed himself to fighting for others who find themselves in the same painful place.
Jonathan is a nationally recognized trial attorney who has secured millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of injury victims and grieving families. He routinely takes on high-stakes, complex cases — including those involving large corporations, multi-national defendants, and catastrophic injuries or wrongful death.
Jonathan is a frequent speaker on topics such as:
