ASPINWALL, PA – Southern Allegheny Valley Emergency Services was dispatched to the scene of a car wreck in Aspinwall on Saturday morning, reports TribLIVE.

Crews responded to Route 28 northbound in the area of Exit 7 after the incident happened at about 6:53 a.m. A single-vehicle crash occurred at that location, injuring the driver.

The individual was taken to an area trauma center, but there was no immediate word on their condition.

Exit 7 was temporarily closed off to traffic while emergency crews assisted the driver and cleared the crash site.
