FOREST HILLS, PA – A man died Tuesday night after being struck by a vehicle in southeast Forest Hills, according to CBS News Pittsburgh.
The incident unfolded in the 2200 block of Ardmore Boulevard, or Lincoln Highway. At around 10:00 p.m., Allegheny County Police Department officers were dispatched to the area, where the victim was found.
Officials later confirmed that the man was pronounced deceased at a hospital.
No information about the involved driver has been disclosed, but they stayed at the crash site and was questioned by investigators.
The homicide unit and the collision reconstruction unit of the Allegheny County Police Department are handling an investigation.
