Driver Transported To Hospital After Crashing Into Home In White Oak

WHITE OAK, PA – Emergency crews were dispatched to a car accident at a home in Allegheny County on Tuesday afternoon, reports WPXI.

Authorities said a vehicle crashed into the back of a home in the 300 block of Dome Street in White Oak shortly after 4:30 p.m. The driver involved was taken to an area hospital, but there was no word on the extent of his injuries.

No injuries were reported among the people who were at home at the time of the incident. Efforts were underway to determine whether the home was structurally sound after the damage that was sustained.

The cause of the crash was not yet known.
