Authorities Investigate Crash Involving Alleged Stolen Car at NE Pittsburgh Residence

PITTSBURGH, PA – Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a collision at a home in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood Monday night, according to WPXI.

The incident was reported on North Negley Avenue shortly after 4:30 a.m., and a stolen vehicle is believed to have been involved.

An account from a neighbor indicates a Camaro was sent crashing into the front porch of a townhome after being involved in a collision with another vehicle at a nearby intersection.

The impacted home was said to have been unoccupied at the time, and no injuries have been reported.

Officials have not formally announced pending charges or citations, but one of the involved drivers got out of their vehicle following the crash and left the scene.
