Emergency Crews Respond To Single-Vehicle Wreck In Allegheny County

LINCOLN, PA – Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a car wreck in Lincoln on Wednesday morning, according to a Facebook post by Lincoln Boro VFRC #1.

The squad said that its 184 Engine and 184 Attack units responded to the 2200 block of Lincoln Boulevard shortly after 10 a.m.

One person in the vehicle was treated by SouthEast Regional EMS. A photo from the scene showed the vehicle next to a guardrail having lost one of its side front tires. There was no immediate word on the circumstances that led to the accident.

The roadway was closed for a short time while the area was being cleared and the vehicle towed away. Lincoln Boro VFRC was assisted by Elizabeth Boro V.F.C. & Volunteer Fireman’s Association of Liberty Borough.
