ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA – First responders were dispatched to a multi-vehicle accident in Ross Township on Wednesday afternoon, reports WPXI.
Four vehicles were involved in the wreck, which occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on southbound McKnight Road near Braunlich Drive. A witness said it happened after a pickup truck crashed into the back of another vehicle.
At least one person was trapped in one of the vehicles, and three people were transported to an area hospital but their injuries were not serious.
There were traffic delays in the area while the scene was being cleared. Ross West View EMSA posted photos from the aftermath of the crash, which occurred near a construction zone.
